SMOOTH SAILING RETURN PROCESS

Step 1: Prepare Your Return

Ensure your items are:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • With all tags attached
  • In the original packaging (especially important for our 727 Bags and Luggage & Accessories)

Step 2: Initiate Your Return

Email our customer service team at [email protected] with:

  • Your order number
  • Item(s) you wish to return/exchange
  • Reason for return
  • Whether you prefer a refund or exchange

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions. Please note:

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service
  • Ship to: North Sails Apparel Returns, 843 Clover Drive, Colorado Springs, CO 80907, USA

Special Considerations

The following items from our premium collections cannot be returned for hygiene/security reasons:

  • Maserati X NS collaboration items (due to limited edition nature)
  • Footwear that shows signs of wear
  • Any items marked as “Final Sale”

REFUND PROCESS

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
  • Your original payment method will be credited (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable
  • You’ll receive email confirmation when processed

EXCHANGES

For exchanges of our Fall Winter ’23 collection or other items:

  • We’ll ship your new item once the return is received
  • Standard shipping rates apply unless the new order qualifies for free shipping
  • If the exchange item costs more, you’ll be invoiced for the difference

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

For our global explorers outside the U.S.:

  • Customs fees are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs may be higher than original shipping
  • Processing may take additional 3-5 business days
